The BioBusiness Alliance of Minnesota, in conjunction with leaders from the northeast region, conducted an assessment to identify the strengths, unique attributes and potential opportunities for biobusiness activity in northeastern Minnesota and to propose recommendations that will bolster the region’s ability to retain existing biobusiness and grow sustainable biobusiness activities. The report was initially issued in August 2009.
